My front end sits too low to clear new 305s. And has a hard time clearing the current 285s. Rear has no issues. What can I do to level the front to match the rear so I can run new tires?

Chances are your torsion bars are fatigued. Crank them up and get an alignment or if they are maxed out already then it's time for new ones and an alignment.
