I'm surprised you wouldn't want heated mirrors where you live. Mirrors fog up all the time here in WA. Super useful. I can't count the times I've used them while towing.... Pretty much depend on mirrors while I am.

Lights. Which lights? There are clearance, signal and the backup lights :p

I'm hoping these are better quality. Not very impressed with my last set of gmt800 mirrors. Half the leds are burnt out! And they vibrate like crazy!!

Dave probably has cut to fit heat grids. They make kits to do back windows but I'm not sure how well they work. It's definitely a trial by fire kinda deal. Hope they work out though.

I want tows but I'm not lifted. I'm afraid they'll look goofy.
