I had a question about fiberglassing. When you stretch the T-shirt material over the wooden frame and soak it with resin, how strong is that? I know that when youre doing a speaker box, you need to reinforce it with the fiberglass because of the sound pressures created. But with something like this thats just a trim piece, is the 'glass needed?

Unless you plan on smashing it with a hammer, just the fleece or t-shirt should be fine. I prefer sweat shirt simply because it is a little thicker but in reality you are only supporting about a pound of weight.

Mod looks great!

Im kinda stopped financially. Two kids in college (and the running back and forth to get them there), and another in private school has tapped me out for the moment. Trying to sell some stuff now then we'll see what I can finish up.
