what is the difference between a 1500 and 2500 front end? i was wondering if i could use 2500 torsion bars for a 2 inch lift on my 1500. i already have a 3 inch body and wanna go about another 2 or 3 inchs of suspension. im planning on blocks in the rear but not sure about the front. ill do torsion keys if i have to but id rather put new 2500 torsion bars on if that will work too.

From what I have read they are the same. Torsion bars are different. The under 8600lb GVW 2500's use the same ball joints and all that. The over 8600lb GVW 2500's use different ball joints. Thats all the info I have about that.
