The ebrake was hitting the backstide of the stud. Hookd leds back up in headlights.

Im gonna get ripped on this but Im holding off on paint there is some **** I wanna do and redo when its all said and done just gonna repaint the whole damn truck.

This makes good sense to me, make it exactly what you want before you paint it!
