Id say since they are aftermarket you will probably have to splice in to the wire at the headlight switch

Okay. Before i do any drilling im gunna find the wire that imma tie them into. a wiring diagram would help alot.

Parking light wire on my truck was the brown one on the headlight switch. I think if you use orange thats the interior lights and the cab lights will dim with the gauge/dash lighting.

Ask P2 when I hooked up my visor lights temporarily I ended up hooking them up to the guage illumination circuit and I could dim my visor lights

Nah, but I have about 10000 dents in the roof anyway. I was more worried about getting one out of place....
