Custom lights and fog light factory wiring

I have a 98 2 door Tahoe, and i want to wire my aftermarket fog lights into the factory button which was not pre installed in my truck.

I removed my dash face and i have the pigtails for a dome light and fog light switch, would i be able to get the button and wire my lights to an oem plug under the hood?
