Best QUIET/stock muffler?

Think I should just do a turn-down after the muffler? Would make it a good bit cheaper than getting a stock tail-pipe run I would think.

If thats a quiet muffler then a turndown would be good... Don't have to worry about a tailpipe. Make the truck look cleaner IMO

That line of Walker's are supposed to have OEM sound, and that one is designed for a 2500HD with a 6.0

I've got my factory cat back SI/SO layin round here somewhere. idk how you'd ship a 7' long pipe but its free if that'd work.

i have a GMPP sport di/so exhaust. Its perfect amount of low noise and factory size.

So what did you end up doing? And carquest sells oem style tailpipes for around $30. Did you even inquire at an auto parts store for an oem muffler?

No. I got a Quietflow meant for a NBS 6.0 and had it dumped after the muffler. Quiet as a mouse.
