Is there anyway to get this middle part replaced with something else I wanna put rims on and it’s in my way

Ahhh that would be a no.. guessing you are 2wd, that is all part of the rotor in your case. If you are dead set on one particular rim, you may be able to use wheel spacers to space them out far enough to clear them.

You'd be better off to install the entire wheel instead of just the rim. Most guys aren't qualified to weld the rim to the rest of the wheel anyway.
