Like with Vegas i have been doing some thinking and have come down to this as a final plan that may change slightly only if something major comes up to change direction.

Updated plans:

Suspension and Drivetrain

Rebuild existing 350 or drop in a 454
Rebuilt TH400 transmission with RV shift kit
Rebuilt front suspension
Hydraboost brake upgrade
Crank and block lift
2" body lift
285/75R16 tires on powdercoated Rallye wheels

Interior and Electronics

Stereo Stage I
Bucket conversion
Manual transmission steering column
B&M Megashifter on floor with custom console surrounding it.
Rear seat delete and replaced with cargo shelf and back wall for stereo.

Exterior

Diesel front bumper from Vegas coated in bedliner after filling in holes from bumper guards.
Rebult rear bumper coated in bedliner.
Smittybilt Street light bar
94+ GMC W/T grille
Hidden winch mount set up behind front bumper.

Lighting

Diamond cut euro headlight housings (Done)
6000KV H4 Bi Xenon HID kit (Done)
Mean Green HD lighting harness
HF 6" off road lights in center of light bar (Eventually will be replaced with Lightforce 140 "Lance" lights)
Rigid Dually LED lights
Replace box with the one i found in the junkyard and need to pick up
Replace plastic Tool box with steel tool box from my '89 C1500 after restoring tool box and possibly getting it powdercoated black.
Two Tone paint (Black upper and lower with white center strip similar to the old Black/Silver trucks)
GMT 800 GMC 3500 badges in body line
Strip and paint stock steel wheels black with center caps

Stereo Stage I

Precision audio head unit (Done)
Kicker DS46 4x6 speakers in dash (Done)
Kicker DS series 6x9 speakers in back wall

Sounds like a nice plan ya got there, I'm rooting for the 454. I'm a bit partial to 'em got a '94 3500HD and '91 2500 'Burban with TBI 454s... I love my gas guzzling, cam crushing, 4L60 eating SOBs. no SBC can replicate the sound of a BBC with headers and duals.. If they weren't so expensive to build and feed I'd be jammin one in the 1500 and have a 454 powered 1500, 2500, and 3500.

Since the original 454 I planned for this did not pan out I will be staying 350 till I find my ideal 454 and build it up before swapping...but yes..454 will happen
