98 k1500 with 5.7 Vortec emission monitors

I have a 98 k1500 5.7 Vortec I’m having issues with four monitors evap, cat, htr and egr. I have done the drive cycle multiple times only recent work I had done was lower intake manifold and custom cat fitment for shorty headers I’m not sure what issues looking for help

No codes just those four never set its weird

My 99 classic was having similar issues. I found that I had a bad positive battery cable. The truck would start and run fine but sitting overnight there was enough voltage drop because of the cable my ECU would set the monitors to not ready.
