You need a number of various gaskets and fluids, all the parts for in/around the timing cover, quite possibly a set of springs and retainers/locks, & the cam itself.

You've got some enthusiasm, that's good. Let me tell you that you'd need to be trying to stick a pretty huuuugggeeee cam in a 350 to run into P-V (piston to valve) clearance issues, especially with a stock/uncut shortblock..
