Also, would that work? I thought the 3500 frames were different from 1500 cabs. Because I have considered that. Either putting a dually bed on a 1500 or a 1500 cab on a 3500.

I don't know if the cabs are different. I've never even heard of the idea, so I don't know. I've never thought they even could be different. What could be different about them? Mounts maybe?

Well, the difference between 3500 EC and 1500 EC is the third door apparently.

A 93 wouldn't have had the 3rd door no matter what series it was I believe.

On the later model trucks you're right though, only 1500's got the 3rd door...

For the front coil springs, I am totally estimating size and weight. I entered 24" X 12" X 8". I figure the springs will kind of lay inside each other, If that explanation makes sense. Estimated 10 lbs for shipping weight. Came out with a $20 bill. Total to your door, how does $70 sound?
