@BNielsen good meeting you and your buddy today. I actually enjoyed figuring out how we were going to load that engine, and bed.

Hope the trip home was a smooth one. Thanks again.
Had a blast! As fun as it could be loading an engine and a bed on the trailer!
My buddy is in love with your truck too, said something similar would make a perfect run-around truck for him.

We made it home in one piece, I was eyeing the mirrors like a hawk to make sure nothing went anywhere.
Ran headlong into the rain, but at least it washed some of the oil off the motor. Now to figure out how I'm gonna unload it all....won't lie I really miss that hoist now.

I appreciate your interest, but shipping seats to across country, would be ridiculously expensive.

Do you have any factory chrome Chevy center caps? I'm looking for two minimum but would buy a set of four if you have them.

Thanks

A tire or two under the oil pan is a great way to transport engines in a bed or on a trailer. I’ve done this many times with success. Glad you had a safe trip.

@konajoe Unfortunately 3 of the 4 are broken/chrome delaminating. The one cap not broken has what I thought was tree sap on it, but it's not sticky at all, and hard as a rock.
