Nice! I am replacing my drivers side floor, rockers and cab corner and will start on the drop shortly after.

Yep I have been watching yours. I'm happy I don't have rust problems down here. I'm from Michigan so I know all about replace it rockers and floors ha ha.

Have a 5 day weekend for Christmas so I'm getting the rear of the dually done. Hope to have it finished by Sunday night so I can fit the new bed. Flip the axle and took the two overload springs out. Made my own lower plates. Had 3/4" u-bolts bent. And get the notches welded up. Tomorrow going to get them welded into the truck frame and start on the gooseneck hitch. Here are some photos.

The notch is made out of 2x4" 1/4" wall

Got the notches in and started to get the bags and shocks mocked up. The cross bars for the gooseneck is 2x2" 1/4" wall.

Just a few more things today. Next weekend I'm going to fit the bed and start on that. For the rear adjustable shocks in and finished the bag mounts. Started on the battery box for under the bed.
