Well I got a new headunit for Christmas and it came with two door speakers 6 whatever..and 6x9s...id like to know if I can modify my rear speaker location to fit the 6x9..I have a 97 extended cab..

Not sure exactly what you mean? In my truck, I mounted the amp on the back wall, ran new wiring underneath the carpet and door sill panels, behind the kick panels, then into the doors through the rubber boot in the door jambs. Best and easiest way I know of.

Well forgot to mention that my truck is a 3 door so that link helped on the driver side(not finished yet)..but not the passenger side...I got creative ...let me know what you think..

I made boxes to fit behind the seat and am covering them with the carpet from walmart.
