6x9 speakers

Well I got a new headunit for Christmas and it came with two door speakers 6 whatever..and 6x9s...id like to know if I can modify my rear speaker location to fit the 6x9..I have a 97 extended cab..

Seriously though, take my advice: Sell those 6x9's and use the money towards a good amp for the front speakers.

I have a 12 that runs off a 1000 watt amp..and I have a true 250 our maybe its a 500..anyways how do I run the amp to those door speakers?

Not sure exactly what you mean? In my truck, I mounted the amp on the back wall, ran new wiring underneath the carpet and door sill panels, behind the kick panels, then into the doors through the rubber boot in the door jambs. Best and easiest way I know of.

Well forgot to mention that my truck is a 3 door so that link helped on the driver side(not finished yet)..but not the passenger side...I got creative ...let me know what you think..

I made boxes to fit behind the seat and am covering them with the carpet from walmart.

That's Kool I mounted my driver side rear speaker below the factory spot so I have more sound now I like it..I'll post a pic later
