69 c10 conversion

How hard would this be to accomplish on one of our trucks. I'm just thinking hear but since hot August nights is in town its got me wanting to swap my cab for a c10 cab. What kind of difficulty s would I need to work through

Forgive the obvious but why wouldn't you just buy a '69 C10? Nothing keeping you from getting a '71-'72 so you can have 5x5 and pdb/ps, slap a '69-'70 grille on if you please, and just enjoy. The suspensions on those trucks handle and ride pretty nice too.
