Awesome truck and great work! It looks brand new. Maybe it's just my age (i'm 30 so I grew up in the GMT400 "era"), but I think these are the best era trucks ever made. Sure, they can be electrical nightmares, but nothing beats a good GMT400

Here is the final product. Added the newer tow mirrors. Spent some time this summer working out the bugs. All around a great truck. Drove it out of state 4 weeks ago and put about 1000 miles on that trip. No issues, besides stopping for gas. Drove an aggressive 75MPH most of the way and averaged 12.4. But there is some bad news. Tranny is on it's way out. Torque converter beginning to slip:mad: Typical 4L80 woes...
