The bolts come seperate, and has the pcv holes, one side has two the other has one, ran the pcv valve on one side, breather on other side along with oil fill cap they sell the breather and oil fill cap in the same finish

Nope, the Proform one just pops in, no way to make a screw in one work

Shouldn't this be a denalihoe rather than an escahoe? You have the denali grille.

Haven't updated this in awhile, did poly front and rear swaybar bushings, new rear leafs, Belltech shackles and keys (front is down 3" rear is 2") Belltech street performer shocks, painted the frame and drums along with the rear end and lastly put a chrome rear diff cover on
