Her she is! Before anybody says anything, what you don't see is holes in the bed, rust everywhere underneath, weak brakes, leaky fuel neck, broken tank straps, leaking oil pan, bad intake gaskets, etc I was pretty much polishing a . I waited too long in life to try to own an obs, or I should...

If it was as clean as yours I would never get rid of it. Ohio salt is a MFer. Plus found out today that my truck had 300,000 miles on it, the cluster was changed out before I bought it. Explains a lot!!!

Sorry man, truck was too far gone to save, pulled most of the rocker off today. :suicide: pics made it look way better than it is, all the OBS are rotted around here and they want a fortune for them. Time to move on I guess......

Well, I loved my OBS but the rot got to me, when it got hit the passenger side was pretty much destroyed. Exposing rust, bondo, holes, etc. I found an 04 that I could pass up, one owner 60k mile C1500 for 5k. Pics coming, the only one I have is from the dealer in my sig!

Rollpan is cheaper than a bumper, and I saw a chevy one day with one and fell in love with it! I won't lose the paint scheme for now. Its going to stay two tone, the damage is below in the blue. I can't even look at it right now.

suggestions on lifting 2wd,s

Nice 2wd! I would definitely go with the 4 inch rough country spindles. If you are going to replace the tires at the same time get 33's, they fit. I have 31s on mine and I have stock suspension. That truck is clean for so many miles.

Well, got hit a couple days ago in a parking lot by a jeep, so the passenger side of my rig is screwed! The trim and chrome is all gone. That wasn't fun! New rockers are being installed, along with the rollpan. Then monstaliner is going on. Might get the lift after all, I really want 33s....

Lol, sorry man, didn't see that, I am still driving truck, just the yard where I park is a dirt hole! Everybody has beat up work trucks and leave their nice trucks at home but not me.....
