HID Kits
just got some new eagle eye headlight assemblies....can i put HID bulbs in these???? i got them for 55 pr....i just needed to get rid of my yellowed out stock ones... i live in west texas and lots of wide open space where i can use my highs...and lots of deer....if i really wanna put light out...- jshawag12

Stock rims bfg at's pics anyone?
i got some geolander yokohoma A/Ts in 285/75/16s and they are a much better tire than BFG (my FIL has a auto shop and says YOKOHOMAs are way better) and you can get them under $800- jshawag12

horn problems
my horn when it is plugged in will honk without pushing the "horn" on the steering wheel...fuses are good...is there something other than rewiring that could fix this...- jshawag12

dang son what you doin up at 2:21 a.m.??? anyways i found out what it was...took it into my FIL's shop and it turned out to be the ball joints i just had put on needed a little grease...he just called and said no more squeak...along with a fresh oil change and lube! Thank God for no high...- jshawag12

i wish i had the time to do it myself...but i would get to a part i couldnt do and be stuck...o well...tahnk goodness for FILs with shops...that will do it at cost... are there grease zerks on the control arm bushings, i had a guy from my church get down and listen while i pressed on the...- jshawag12

mine makes a sound when i turn left also but the almost constant rih rih squeak is driving me nuts....did the sway bar or tie rods have any grease zerks...i'm gonna spray it all down with wd-40 tonight or maybe some ATF if i get a chance...- jshawag12

alright so my truck has some clangs everyonce in a while on serious bumps..pretty normal but just two days ago i was driving out in the pasture filling my deer feeders...nothing off road at all just some dirt roads and grass...well i start to hear a squeeaaak or a "rih rih rih rih when i go...- jshawag12

need a question answered...
my bro has a 5th wheel travel trailer and i wanna say its around 8k...and i know the towing capacity is about that for a half ton...would that be a problem? of course it wouldnt be an all the time thing- jshawag12

so if i put in a 4l80e the next time this one goes out(Lord willing not for awhile) that should add a little towing capacity? will a shift kit and servo help make this 4L60e last any longer as far as towing goes or do anything for towing in general? wish i woudl have had this truck before the...- jshawag12
