what kinda work does it take to put it on? pretty easy or do they just screw in?

they are pretty easy...just some double sided tape on the top side and some screw that hold it onto the fender lip

Are those pretty structurally sound and not chinese junk? If you've had good luck with them I'm looking at getting a set because i'd like to put off buying a new bed and front fenders as long as possible before having to repaint my truck. All thanks to the West Virginia cancer.
