    Hi, Does anyone have a list or diagram of grease points? I'm sure that this is going to get some laughs, but what is the best type of grease to use? Is it the same for all of the grease points? My 94 burb is beginning to make some noise at 135,000. Thanks.

    Intake manifold upgrade. Emission problems?

    I was looking at Edelbrock intake manifolds and I wondered if installing one might make it more difficult to get it smogged for inspection? Has anyone had problems getting their trucks inspected after installing a performance intake manifold? Thanks.

    Hey Guys, Sorry about all of the starter questions. I'm assuming that I have 168 on my 5.7, but do Suburbans have inline bolts or staggered bolts on the starter? Thanks for the info!

    I have this weird crust forming on what I'm guessing is maybe a heater hose? I'm not sure, but it's on the passenger side near the back.

    Battery was dying, loose connections, now nothing

    Hey guys, My battery cables were loose so I tightened them. I drove it around the block to check it out and when I got back I tried to start it again and no sound. I have lights, but heard nothing from the starter. No click, nothing. Any clues? Thanks for any help.

    Thank you. I've replaced many starters in my day, but I've never heard of cleaning the grease out of one. I do believe that it's still the original starter. You learn something new everyday I guess.
