I was going to go 7427 for my Camaro injection retrofit until I found a steal on an aftermarket Accel DFI setup. And if I don't like the Accel I can always go to the tried and true GM. TunerPro RT and an AutoProm make it pretty easy to tweak.

how does one get started with all this custom chip stuff? i want to be able to dial in my truck a little more if possible and maybe start some side work for all my gmt400/fbody friends.

gracias, i put my custom chip in and the truck idles funny and the hesitation is still there, maybe my map sensor but i dunno.

You may have an idle fuel table that is out of sync with the main fuel table. I know that with my truck (7427 ECM), any time I change the main fuel table, I have to make sure the idle table is in sync with it our else the truck will hunt at idle.

ok, so can someone help me sort out the 9 pages of back and forth between pre burned chips and custom chips?
Vehicle: 1994 with a 350. motor has RPM performer kit, so TB, TB spacer, Intake, intake manifold, and cam. Truck has the 4L60E, i want somethin that will fix my shift points and help out with power and mpg.... suggestions?

i have read this whole thread and i am still lost.
i have a 94 c1500 and i was thinking about getting the 6 pack jet chip, will it help me out or will it fail and mess my stock CPU up.
