Had some 8 AUG 600v wire left over from a Compressor install in the shop.

From batry; 1 black to frame, 1 black to motor (cleaned original ground) 1 red to alt.
Clean and coat with dialectric grease. Reused original ground.

I haven't asked anybody that's done this mod, but it's going to be a major PITA to do this on a sidepost, isn't it?
