I also scored a combination valve for a RWAL truck. I am going to use that for this truck and just eliminate the ABS. I couldn’t find a single 4WAL unit there. They were all cut out. I think they pull them and send them to some refurbishing company. AND! I got the frame brackets for the brake hose/hard line union!!! WIN!!!
They also had a late model Sierra there that was destroyed. I snagged the horn off of it to replace mine.

Small chip in the lens is all. I will probably snag one from a parts cluster when I go next.

I cannot for the life of me figure out this Kelsey Hayes ABS unit. I’m going to make a post and get some help. I documented everything I did today and have my questions. I really don’t want to resort to yanking it out.
Just picked up the wheels. They’re good. He had to redo them twice. He’s convinced it’s in the metal and was telling me about another time something similar happened. I talked to him about valve covers and my air cleaner. He’s got enough copper coin left to do those. So maybe this summer I’ll get them done.
Still having issues with bleeding?
Won’t bleed, won’t give me any error codes when I try and force them, won’t communicate with it beyond the initial connection with the Multi-1 connector. I did see that my ABS light didn’t come on so I started there. Turned out to be a broken bulb. The code that the dealer gave me was 68 - low voltage to pump (paraphrasing). But at the pump motor I have 12v. Even with KOEO. So I need to test the pump. I didn’t have a chance to make leads today.
