Whats this whining sound?? Belt? Alternator? 5.7 350 tbi

Some guy took a real hard right turn and dragged his passenger side along my front end. Currently dealing with insurance but in the mean time my radiator is leaking and then today a day later I started getting this sound. I'm wondering could it be somehow caused by the accident? Maybe my fan blowing coolant on a belt? I would like the insurance company to pay for it but know it will be a fight. Just looking for someone ones 2 cents.

Pull the serpentine belt and spin each accessory manually to see if you hear or feel anything.
