What is this? and how soon should i get it fixed?

I know very little about Ifs front ends haha. It's obvious in the pic whats wrong and the truck has been driving fine so theres no telling how long it's been like that.

it's just your sway bar end link... you should probably replace it soon but it's not something critical so imo it's not one of those needs done asap kinda things

As said above..

Sway bay end link.. buy a new one and it'll drop into the hole right there with a couple bushing bada bing bada boom. Should handle a little nicer once you get that done, heh.

True enough. simple concept, cheap part, big pita. I can't remember exactly how I did mine

mine was a pain too, keep jacking it up to find the sweet spot where it will line up enough to get the bolt thru far enough to get the nut started
