Water leak

Has the notorious cowl screw been sealed? Haven't seen mention of addressing it yet. It's the screw hole visible in the above reply ^^^ just towards the passenger side of the pile of debris. It leaks, and will leak down directly into the fresh air intake into the HVAC box.

So an update since we have had a few rain storms recently. Normal level rain for most of day-leaked. Freaking monsoon I was driving in for 30 minutes where you had to go 30 mph to even see the road-not a drop!
