I have a chance to get a used 6" Tuff Country kit and this one is before the one piece subframe design we all know about now.

Is this a good kit? Its a cheap kit but i dont really want to throw my money at a cheap used kit if its garbage. Has anyone heard anything bad about these kits? Ive only installed one piece crossmember/sub frame lifts so a 3 piece is new to me.

Any help would be appreciated.

it's a knuckle kit so it extends the track width. That can be a problem in some states(like here) where you need flares to cover any tire hanging out past the body.

At least I think it's a knuckle kit, I know th eones I saw in other posts were and the ones they list in jcwhitney I think it is.

Only if it has the 8.5" front diff (2500's had 9.5" and the mounting and therefore brackets were all different).

RCX is not a knuckle lift, it is drop brackets.
