A no bowtie grille, but something doesn't look quite right with it. Maybe the light openings, or the center cross bar is thicker? I don't know, but I like the shaved bowtie.

You hit the nail on the head. It's "too" different. Instead of our beloved grille minus the bowtie, it looks more like one of those Chinese knockoff companies copied a Chevy truck. -Like they did with Jeep CJs and Corvettes.

It has too much space on the inside of the headlights, the "mesh grilles" are bulging outward and the center bar looks clunky. Not my bag baby!

I think why the traditional bowtie grill looks good is because the emblem is in the middle, so it breaks up the chrome bar. I'm like you, it doesn't look quite right.

That dude is a one-man operation I think but he always has incredible examples on hand.

Bit of a speciality house. Figure they're legit. Got to be to move those kinds of trucks with the regularity they do.

Whoever spends that much on a truck that old even if its low mileage, clean etc. Is stupid in my opinion. Its not a rare truck just how it was taken care of is. But for that price I'd still buy new with warranty.
