You can get a 1-ton crew to move out. Just requires some $$$. My truck was a dog too. Just took gears, a supercharger and a good tune and now it has an almost 8 second 0-60 on 37s. What Vortec did you swap in?

I agree, but it won't with a stock 350!

Well that depend's on how much you can get all the donor part's from, like the complete front suspension and rear end for a 1/2 ton, a shortbed gas tank, and then of course the shortbed itself, and then having the driveshaft cut down and rebalanced.
