Shaking

I have a 97 k1500 5.0, I have changed the plugs, wires, coil, fuel filter, Pcv and put on a cold air intake. My problem is when I'm driving at highway speeds and I let off the gas the truck wants to shake and not go. The check engine light comes on for a few days and then goes off. Sometimes when I start going up a hill it shakes. I can't figure it out. I had the PCM checked with a snap on code reader and it shows a miss fire but when they had it hooked up all cylinders where fine? Please someone help me out or point me in the right direction thank you.

At highway speeds if I let off the gas a little it does the shaking thing.

I've been running sea foam through it for the past 3 fill ups and it really hasn't made a difference.

Quick fixes don't always work. Could be other things too.

I don't know what other things it could be. Has new plugs, wires distributor, rotor button and Pcv. The last thing I want to do is injectors because I'll have to have a shop do them. I don't trust myself to do that job.
