Pressure plate bolts

I'm getting ready to replace my clutch on a 95 C1500 4.3 and was going to replace the pressure plate bolts with new grade 8 bolts.

My question is what size of bolt are they? I assume 3/8 corse, 3/4" tall with lock washers. Or are they shouldered bolts?
