Id give 500 just cuz i could easily sell the rims for half that and plent of other parts (14b FF) and then junk the rest

At 345,000 miles, the transmission isn't going to be real healthy, even though it may shift ok. Other items will start going wrong with it, nickel and dime things that will drive you nuts. Unless you have another vehicle to drive on a daily basis and like to change parts in your spare time, I would pass on it.
