My most recent project: building a sub box for a single 12" Pioneer

First I designed it in SW to get the proper dimensions to achieve an internal volume that lets the sub operate at peak performance.

Cut out all pieces and planed all edges

you do good work,,,was gonna ask where ya gonna put it,,but i see in your sig,,,your ride has plenty of room...should have no issue hearing ya coming up the road now..any ideas for rear speaker box on a single cab?? thanks

Compact under the seat :deal: That's what I did in mine... Don't lose any storage space that way.

good idea^^^did not think of that,,just finished my stereo upgrade,,gonna add some pioneer 6x9s in the lower b pillars... i think there are 4x6s in the upper b pillars but my factory radio did not have a fader feature,,there is foam in the slots so i dont no if they are there or not,,im not to excited about pulling the b pillars to look ,,all the research i have done indicates it is no fun..

Thanks man. Like Ruger said, I would make a box for under the seat. Kenwood and Pioneer make some nice shallowmount subs
