not always you still can depending on the lein holder. the prob is it dont take very much damage for these old truck to be considered totaled anymore..so its kind of toss up was it mangled or was it actually a pretty light hit

good point... probably less damage to it and repairs than it takes to "body drop" a non-reconstructed truck... i hate that label.
