Loose wires

Can anyone please tell me what this green & red wires are supposed to be hooked up to,if anything?

Where do they go? If there is no termination cap, were they cut for some unknown reason. Are the other ends in the loom?
Do you know how many just green or brown wires are in the electrical system? Try following or trace them.
