Short beds all the way, unless you have a use for the extra 2 feet, in that case long bed. I like both in 400 flavor..but always prefer short beds.

I love short beds, always have. Especially single cab short beds. makes it look tough when you throw some wider tires on it

I suppose putting a ladder rack on a short bed helps for loading more stuff on top....when I do end up buying a 98 silverado short bed from my relative I'm gonna put a ladder rack on it.

i prefer long beds on a 4x4, and short beds on 2wd.

but both can look good either way... like crew cab lwb trucks layin frame
