I have been looking for a programmar for my 1994 chevy 350 4x4, but i dont want the ones that you have to put in the computer i just want a hand led one.

Not for a 94. Most handheld scanners plug into the obd2 port which your truck does not have. You will need a chip.

Ok so what would be the best proformance mods that will get the most out of my truck. And what is the best chip. My plans were duals, chip,headers,and maybe more i cant decide.
