Hei hook up

Hooking up hei distributor confused on what wires hook to the hei distributor. Tbi to carb swap please help!

 

[Schurkey]

Red wire on coil is battery +, switched with ignition. Goes to BAT terminal of big-cap HEI.

White wire on coil is coil -, goes to TACH terminal of big-cap HEI.

Don't skimp on the wire gauge when you splice-in your new connectors. 12-gauge minimum, 10-gauge OK.
