I get going down the road and when it goes to shift it does for a second then goes back into 3rd and repeats this only if I manage to get something wet

I ruled out my intake yesterday

You may need to re word your statement. Not quite sure what you are trying to say.

How fast are you going when this happens? What does getting the truck wet have to do with it?

How did you rule out your intake yesterday? What year is the truck?

95 and it's normally when I'm going under 60 intake was ruled out because I borrowed my uncles cover for a day and went through a puddle which then caused the problem still so a sensor on the transmission is what I was told about something along the lines is an overdrive lockout sensor (don't know the real name for it) that a mechanic I know said was a possibility

Has it always done it after you went through puddle or is it random.
