Do y'all not have the ones that actually "wash" your car? The giant rotating squeegee things? Touch less is a different matter

Um why?

Ruins your paint after a little while, and can certainly scratch it. Those big rotating squeegee things pick up dirt and **** from everyone's car and then it gets rubbed all over your truck. You may as well be washing your own vehicle with a sponge that's been dropped in dirt and gravel a few times. Nevermind the fact that the people drying your vehicle at the end are using dirty towels and are certain to do a terrible job.

My truck gets washed by hand by myself and myself only, and I'm pretty damn proud of how it looks as a result

Nothing touches my stuff when I go through I'm not paying 10 bucks to have sand paper rubbed in my paint. It's just pressure washers

Even still having stuff sprayed on it like that can strip or ruin paint over time... I'm very particular about my truck and hardly wouldn't even let someone else wash it let alone a car wash

We have a chain here called Brown Bear. They actually are nice washes and they don't hurt paint. Even weirder is my 88 fits in them. I took the 02 through it almost weekly.

I usually do a cheap wand wash myself, but once I a while go for the expensive automatic just for the undercharge clean. High pressure spray may not be great for your clear coat but salt is worse imo.
