Front A arms

Alright, so ive gotten my front suspension all apart. The only things i got left are the bottom A-arms.. THing is i got the nut off, the one bolt slid out like nothing. THe other one, is stuck in the rubber bushing. What do i do now? do i just heat the bolt so hot that it will melt the rubber? I know my rear shackles, last year i had to cut the shackle and everything out just because the bolt did the same thing. So either i heat it up, put in new bushings.. or cut it out carefully.

Im not thinking maybe to get new round tubular a-arms? Any one know what about they are worth?

oh crap, just noticed i got it at the wrong place... my truck is two wheel drive
