Looks like undercoating but it does look good. What about those wheels?

It's just black paint. And the wheels were for mockup only to set it up for 2s

I used Rustoleum industrial flat black on the frame, I use it on all my frame work, it just depend's on what type of project whether I use gloss, semi gloss, or flat balck
