Drop shackles

I ordered 1" to 2" drop shackles so I can go a total 8" out back. But when I measured the stock shackles it looks like they will move my leafs up 2" to 3". Could my truck have some lift shackles on it? Or did I measure it wrong? They are a perfect bolt up and look like they will clear my bed when I put it back on. I'm so confused lol.

It only move's one side of the spring so the drop is half of the difference.
