Door buzzer on my 98

Neither of mine ding/buzz for the seatbelt....mine are 95 and 96, maybe it's just 97+? Either way, it'd drive me nuts, i hate wearing my seatbelt in certain places, like a drivethru for instance.

When you start it up it dings for about 8 seconds. Just one of the things that annoys me. Maybe its the stupid radar detector I bought with voice that makes the dinger sound worse... WELCOME! FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT! I can't turn that one off though. I already tried.
