cutout flares

do they make cut out flares for the 4 doors? need to know for when my dad and i make this the hunting rig

I am pretty sure that there are no cut out flares available for the 4 door hoes/yukons, this having to do with the door edge right by the fenderwell.

I've seen it done, the guy just cut the cutout at the door line and it would open with the door.

would defnitely like to see how it was done. the only thing i dont want is rust. since ill be getting a new truck or my moms durango :suicide2: the yukon will have a 44 under the front and decent 33s maybe 35s on it and will be strictly a hunting/winter rig.
