I have a 96 k1500, 305 with the manual trans. The truck is cranking but not starting. Seems as if the engine is flooding out when I try to start it because the plugs are wet after. The engine is getting spark, has fuel pressure that is right ~60 psi and isn't losing the pressure once the key is turned off, indicating no leak in the regulator or the injectors. It has a new pressure regulator, MAP sensor, temp. control sensor, crankshaft position sensor, throttle body position sensor, wires, plugs, rotor, and pcv valve. Was running rich for a little then wouldn't start and is backfiring when I attempt to start it. Any help would be much appreciated especially if it helps save money broke college student!
