Cold outside = stumbles at idle and under load. WTF?

You can't really tell the pressure by visually checking the injectors unless you can tell if there firing 9 or lower psi lol, a colder engine requires more gas, which could be why it misses, not saying it is the fuel pump, just saying it's be worth checking before throwing more money at it

Makes sense, I'll definitely test it in a few days if it ever stops raining here.

Not the IAC valve. Cleaned and reset it. No Change. Fuel Pump Pressure is within the numbers given. Is there a way to troubleshoot the EST or ESC?

Your local O'Reillys can test ignition modules, ours is on the distributor with a couple of 5mm bolts iirc.
